2 am Hypnosis Research

Well, here I am, in the wee hours of the morning, sitting at the computer way past my normal bedtime, researching self-hypnosis programs and downloads. I'm looking for what I would consider the most suitable for breaking bad habits.

I have personally downloaded three programs from www.instant-hypnosis.com. One is on increasing your energy, another on dealing with migraine headache pain, and the third on deep relaxation. I just love listening to recordings that guide you in a specific way to overcome pain or lead you into a progressive relaxation. It's like a lazy way to meditate. And it really does work. If you haven't tried it, you should. Self-hypnosis is a totally natural way to change bad habits, relieve stress, help you beat depression and insomnia, and substantially relieve fibromyalgia, arthritis, and back pain.

I don't find much difference in the self-hypnosis recordings and the progressive relaxation tapes. I suppose the difference is the inclusion of suggestive language in the hypnosis recordings. But you get the same feeling of peaceful bliss, like a mini-vacation or a power nap. Did I mention that I just love them?

Anyway, I think I'm headed for bed now. Enough for tonight, or I guess it's for this morning now.

I hope you had a restful night.

Until next time,
Liz
